Kent County, DE
For the 2nd month of 2025, Kent County experienced a 2.0% decrease in the number of sold homes compared to 2024 and an 3.0% decrease in the median sales price from $335,000 to $325,000. The number of homes that went under contract in the second month of 2025 increased 9.0% from 2024.
Sussex County, DE
For the second month of 2025, Sussex County experienced a 3.5% increase in the number of sold homes compared to 2024 and a 3.0% increase in the median sales price from $438,750 to $452,000. The number of homes that went under contract in the 2nd month of 2025 increased 3.2% from 2024.
Southern Chester County, PA
Southern Chester County experienced a 5.6% decrease in the number of sold homes for the second month of 2025 compared to 2024 and an 2.3% decrease in the median sales price from $562,760 to $550,000. The number of homes that went under contract in the 2nd month of 2025 decreased 17.9% from 2024.
